  • 3 Keto Company Tortillas See Notes

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 4 oz Seasoned Ground Beef See Notes

  • 1/4 cup Diced Yellow Bell Pepper

  • 1/8 cup Diced Red Onion

  • Toppings of Choice



  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F. Stack and slice your tortillas into four triangles each.

  2. Place the chips onto a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Optionally spray with oil and lime juice then sprinkle salt on top. Bake for 3-4 minutes until the chips have hardened and darkened in color.

  3. Place half of the chips into a small cast iron pan. Top with half of the cheese, diced onion, diced peppers, and ground beef. Repeat the layering with the remaining chips and ingredients.

  4. Bake for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Optionally put under low broil for a minute to brown cheese.

We have tried using both ground beef and ground turkey, both work great for this recipe! Our meat was seasoned with Siete Foods taco seasoning in Mild, but any taco seasoning will work.
